We measure use of the service TimberTrail with Matomo, which we operate ourselves at analytics.kaudata.si, on servers of KAUDATA d.o.o. We do not share the data with anyone. Requests to the analytics server travel through a network provider that carries its traffic.

Matomo does not use cookies. For each page view, it records the address (URL) and title of the page, the page you came from, the time, your browser, operating system, device type, screen size and language, and your approximate location (country, region and town), which we determine from your IP address. We store only a shortened IP address: for an IPv4 address we remove the last two of the four parts, and for an IPv6 address all but the first three of the eight groups.

We use the data to see which content is read and to improve the service; the legal basis is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete records of individual visits after 25 months at the latest; we keep aggregate statistics that no longer relate to anyone.

You can object to the measurement at any time with the switch below. Your browser then stores one cookie, mtm_consent_removed, which records only this choice.
